Karen has now sold 3 properties for our mom. She is very professional and at the same time she is a very caring person. She gave us all the information as we needed it. Kept us informed of any changes. Kept us undated on all paperwork. Karen is not just a real estate agent but she has became our friends. We love her!

Karen is the greatest realtor. Her attention to detail is impeccable. There were a few hiccups along the way and she took care of them contacting the estate attorney and the other agent. This is the second sale she handled for us and will be handling one more for my Moms estate. I truly believe no one else could have done a better job. We love her.

We feel that Karen has gone over and above her duties as a real estate agent. First of all, she was very kind and understanding about our feelings towards selling our mom‘s home. When my mom passed away, she was very kind and understanding about that and did not rush us. We ran into several snags, and she was able to solve one of the problems we had in order to get to settlement. Karen had held another settlement for a piece of property that my mom had owned and she did a wonderful job with that. We also have another piece of ground to Sell and we will be letting her handle that also.

Very helpful and patient while looked for the house that we wanted. Had our house under contract the first day on the market, but still let us take our time to find what we wanted and did not push us to settle just to get the settlement. Would and will us her in the future.

Karen is a very knowledgeable and honest person. She gave us ideas how to improve the house for selling and how the buyer would eye it up. When we had any questions she was very quick to respond with answers. Karen has a personality that is very outgoing and she is a very likeable person.
